• JANUARY 21^ST – NATIONAL HONOR SOCIETY DAY – UNK (STUDENT UNION – PONDEROSA ROOM) 8:45 REGISTRATION BEGINS
• FEBRUARY – SEND OUT SCHOLARSHIP APPLCIATIONS
• APRIL 3^RD – SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION DEADLINE
• APRIL 15^TH – CAREER FAIR – NATIONAL GUARD ARMORY– 9 A.M. TO 2 P.M. STUDENTS, 3 P.M. TO 7 P.M. JOB FAIR
• JUNE – CHAMBER GOLF CLASSIC
• AUGUST – NEW TEACHER BASKETS (COLLECTION BEGIN IN JUNE)

Objectives

1. Continue endowed scholarships for the Buffalo county high school seniors.

2. Recognize the leadership abilities of area students through a special activity or function.

3. Recognize new teachers to Kearney area schools.

4. Encourage Chamber members to support career awareness activities for the youth.
