Public Relations Council: Envoys

Meeting Schedule: 1st Tuesday of Each Month

Purpose: Serve as a public relations arm of the Kearney Area Chamber of Commerce.

Objectives

1. Assist in the implementation of Gateway Farm Expo, Annual Meeting, 3rd of July Fireworks and the Buffalo County Fair.

2. Host a Membership Mixer to invite participants to learn more about the Envoys as well as to meet current Envoys.

3. Conduct monthly Business After Hours, Ribbon Cuttings, and Grand Openings.

4. Select a community minded individual to bestow the "Friend of Kearney" award.

5. Continue to work on membership recruitment and membership retention.

6. Continue to co-sponsor the Tri-City Business After Hours.

• OCTOBER 5^TH at 4:00 p.m.
• NOVEMBER 2ND at Noon
• DECEMBER – HOLIDAY PARTY - TBA
