To retain, train, and recruit a
strong labor force for the Kearney area. |

Objectives

Continue work with the
Nebraska Workforce Development, Kearney Area Businesses, Economic
Development and other communities in economic opportunities.

Work with Nebraska Training Funds.

Work with area employers to assist in recruiting, training, and retaining
valuable employees.
