letter From the show chairman

Dear Gateway Friends,

With great enthusiasm, we invite you to be a part of the 39th Gateway Farm Expo which will be held November 12-13th at the Buffalo County Fairgrounds in Kearney, Nebraska. What an exciting time to be involved in agriculture as technology and record commodity prices propel the industry into uncharted territory.

The Gateway Farm Expo is about agriculture. With the show located in the middle of a very productive and diverse agricultural region, you will see exhibitors and guests representing many various types of crop and livestock production. The late fall timeframe finds producers in the midst of planning for the upcoming year and making important purchasing decisions. The show provides an outstanding forum for gathering and sharing of information and also for doing business.

Throughout agriculture technology and change are having a profound impact. Gateway continues to provide agricultural producers and agri-businessmen a regional forum for the dissemination of information for the promotion of modern agriculture with an emphasis on innovation, education and technology.

Those who have a history with the show know Gateway’s reputation for hospitality. As a volunteer based show, we take personal pride in making sure the welcome mat is out for guests and exhibitors alike. The exhibitor’s reception and daily hospitality garden provide opportunities to recharge and network with old and new friends and business contacts. Free barbeques fill the aisles with visitors who come for a great lunch, a great opportunity do business, and to see what’s new this year.

Plan now to be an exhibitor at the 2008 Gateway Farm Expo. Your presence at Gateway will put you in direct contact with thousands of the producers, cattlemen and agri-businessmen.

Thank you for your interest in the Gateway Farm Expo. We look forward to seeing you in November.

Sincerely,

Jeff Burr
Show Chairman
